If You Were Me
This project was created as part of the ELU (Learning in Interdisciplinary Focused Environment) course at Tallinn University. It is a collaborative student project that focuses on mental health awareness, especially anxiety among young people.
Project purpose and explanation:
The main goal of the project is to raise awareness about anxiety in everyday life, especially among students aged 16-25.
We created a short video that shows how anxiety can feel in daily situations, even in simple moments like waking up or checking notifications. The project uses a visual metaphor - a dark shadow - to represent anxiety and make it easier to understand for others.
The idea is to help people better recognize anxiety, feel less alone, and encourage more empathy and understanding in society.
